of gross sales of our products. You earn
referral fees on all qualifying sales generated
through your Internet Watcher 2000 Version
with your personal reseller ID# inside.
Gross sale is defined as money collected
from sales of product.

How much does it cost to become an Internet
Watcher Reseller?
Nothing! There are no setup fee, no
sign-up fee, no application fee and no minimum
monthly sales requirements.

How does it works?
You
will receive an Internet Watcher 2000 Version
with your personal reseller ID# inside.
This will guarantee that you will get paid
for any software purchase made with your
personal Internet Watcher 2000 Version.
So you can share your Internet Watcher 2000
version everywhere e.g. on CD-Rom's, Newsletters,
Homepages and make a lot of money while
you sleep!

I have more than one Web site, may I register
all of them?
Yes. You can have one Internet Watcher Reseller
Account for all of your Web sites.
5.
Are there any sites that can NOT participate?
Any restrictions?
Yes. The only sites we will not allow are
those that either promote or provide illegal
software distribution, cracks, hacks, warez
and so on.
6.
May I include specific information about your
products on my site, such as product images,
descriptions and so forth?
Yes. But you should refrain from posting
pricing and/or version number unless you
plan to keep your site updated regularly.
7.
When will I be paid?
You will automatically receive a check each
month. Commissions will be issued for amounts
over $50.00 USD. If your commission amount
is less than $50.00 USD it will be rolled
over to the following month until the commission
amount exceeds $50.00 USD.
8.
How do you track the referrals from my site?
1. A surfer clicks on a download or order
link on your site.
2. The surfer continues through your site,
and purchases or downloads and completes
the online ordering process. If the surfer
decides not to purchase that time that's
OK. Your version gives the user plenty of
time to download the software, to use it,
to evaluate it and to order your version.

Is there any extra cost for the consumer?
Absolutely not! Our products cost the same
regardless of where a consumer purchases
them. We are simply choosing to split the
profits with you!

My site also has a newsletter; can I include
a link there as well?
Yes! Many affiliates use newsletters to
reach people who are interested in the most
recent software products. You may advertise
our products in any way you like (e.g. CD-Rom's,
Newsletters, Homepage, ...) , including
simply mentioning them as a 'software highlight'
with a link to your Internet Watcher Version.
Terms and Conditions for the Internet
Watcher 2000 Reseller Program.
The Internet Watcher 2000 Reseller
Program will pay you 20% of all software sales
generated from your reseller ID#. The visitors
to your site will receive an Internet Watcher
2000 Version with your personal reseller ID#
inside. You may participate in the reseller
program regardless of geographic location.
Commissions are paid once per month
for sales made the previous month. All checks
will be sent on the 25th of each month. You
must have an account balance of at least $50.00
USD for a check to be issued. If your account
balance is less than $50.00 USD, it will carryover
month to month until your account balance
reaches $50.00 USD. Once this occurs, a report
of your monthly activity will be sent to you
by email each month. If your account has no
activity, a report will not be sent.
You may put Internet Watcher 2000
graphics (e.g. Package, Eye...) on as many
web pages as you like. You may not put any
graphics, buttons or links on any illegal
software sites. Any account that is discovered
to have graphics, buttons or links on illegal
software sites will be terminated without
payment or notice.

or change pay-out percentages at any time.
